Servsafe Food Handler
Our comprehensive 4-hour in-person course followed by an exam ensure safe food handling and preparation. The course covers essential topics such as Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergens, Time & Temperature, and Cleaning & Sanitation, and is designed to comply with employer requirements for food handlers.
Servsafe Food Manager
Our 8-hour instructor led ServSafe Manager course followed by an exam meets state requirements for Certified Food Protection Manager. It includes lectures, videos, and activities with up-to-date materials approved by the National Restaurant Association.
Servsafe Alcohol
Our comprehensive 4-hour primary course followed by an exam, is designed to meet the Wisconsin Bartending requirements.
